The system is based on video triggering and can capture and identify one or more vehicles in the video stream in real time. In addition, video detection technology is used to automatically capture various illegal vehicles in designated lanes, automatically recognize vehicle license plates, and compare data with management databases to find targets and record vehicle license plates and their colors, vehicle speed, and passing time in time. , models, etc., while the police remind law enforcement officers to check suspicious vehicles. Not only that, the system provides database support, network support, on-site alarms and other work modules that can fully automate the entire process. Using this system, not only can greatly improve the efficiency, but also greatly reduce the human labor, and automatically complete the efficient identification of license plates.

The intelligent license plate recognition system can be divided into three parts: front-end information collection system, communication network transmission system, and central management application system. The front-end information collection device converts the collected data into digital Ethernet. The format is transmitted over industrial Ethernet to the back-end monitoring and management center. All video and detection data are integrated into the dedicated TCP/IP network at the center to achieve real-time monitoring and storage. And detection application communication network transmission system needs to use Gigabit Ethernet, can transmit a large number of photos and video files can adapt to harsh field applications, such as anti-electromagnetic interference, etc.
