Wu Zongze, general manager and director of Dongjing Electronics, said that 130 sets of sapphire crystal growth furnaces have been gradually put into mass production in the near future. Among them, 40 sets of crystal growth furnaces of Zhejiang Dongjing Optoelectronics have been basically completed, and Huangshan Jingjing Optoelectronics 90 sets of crystal growth furnaces have been put in place. Mass production will be formed in the first quarter.
For the size of the sapphire crystal growth furnace, Wu Zongze revealed that Huangshan Jingjing Optoelectronics 90 crystal growth furnace, 45 sets of 60Kg sapphire crystal growth furnace, 45 sets of 45Kg sapphire crystal growth furnace; Zhejiang Dongjing Optoelectronics 40 all 30Kg sapphire Crystal growth furnace.
It is understood that there are currently 30g, 35Kg, 45Kg, 60Kg, 65Kg, 90Kg, 85Kg, 120Kg and other sapphire crystal growth furnaces on the market, while domestic sapphire manufacturers mostly use 65Kg and 65Kg or less crystal growth furnace. The specific weight means that the crystal growth furnace grows a single crystal weight.
