working principle:
Close the power switch S1, the mains power is added to the power transformer T primary through the switch S1, the fuse FU, and the T secondary outputs two sets of AC 40V and 7V voltages. Among them, the 40V AC voltage is rectified by the rectifier bridge UR2 composed of 4 diodes and then the pulsating DC output to the input terminal of the timer PT. Rotate the timer PT when preparing for treatment, set the treatment time, the timer PT normally open contact is connected, the UR2 output DC pulsating voltage is filtered by the capacitor C4, and after being stabilized by the IC2, it outputs a stable + 24V DC power, and the relay K2 receives Electric suction, its normally open contact K2-1 is connected, and at the same time + 24V direct current is limited by the current limiting resistor R3 and then output by the electrode pad to the lesion site for treatment. Adjust RP1 to adjust the treatment output intensity.
The other 7V AC power supply is rectified by UR1 and filtered by capacitor C1 to output DC power. The power indicator LED1 is on, and the normally open contact IC2-1 has been connected to power relay K1. K1 is powered on and off, often Open contact K1-1 to switch on self-protection. At this time, because K2-2 has been disconnected, the music alarm circuit temporarily does not work. After the treatment time expires, the regular PT normally open contact is disconnected, and the treatment electrode pad stops working due to power failure. At the same time, K2 loses power, K2-1 is off, K2-2 is on, and the UR output DC power supplies the alarm circuit through K1-1 and K2-2. The alarm circuit is powered and emits a music alarm sound to remind the patient that the treatment is over.
