The power design process is an extremely difficult task, from the understanding of complex circuits to the help of chip dealers, no one is easy and easy. However, before you choose the final DC/DC converter circuit, you might consider a tool like TI SwitcherProTM software. The dealer will tell you where to get this software [3]. SwitcherPro power design software is available in both online and desktop versions, allowing you to use TI's products for power supply design. With SwitcherPro power design software, you can take advantage of the EVM reference design as a starting point for you to start custom power design.
