The company attempted to replace the compensation with rewards. Workers who claimed that they were unwilling to relocate could fill out a written application and stay in the Haipeng Haipeng factory. The rest of the workers who are willing to relocate will be given reasonable rewards. Some workers said that the current salary is low.
