Since Tencent announced its national service for "Jedi Survival," a large number of domestic players have been eagerly waiting. Many believe that with Tencent's strong support, issues like lag and the problematic "Internet Caton" could finally be resolved. Although the official release date hasn't been confirmed, Tencent has quietly launched the official website for "Jedi Survival" and shared some developer logs, as well as the PC system requirements for the national service.

The "Jedi Survival" service team recommends using a GTX 1060 or RX 480 or higher graphics card along with 16GB of RAM for a smoother experience. This is a big challenge for many students with limited budgets. It’s clear that the game demands a decent setup just to run smoothly.

"Silent Survival" has been criticized since its launch for poor optimization and high system requirements. Players often found their cards overheating or struggling to keep up. Despite this, many players have upgraded their hardware to run it on 1080p. Some reported better visuals after upgrading, but the infamous "Caton" issue still remains.

Although Epic Games, the developer behind the Unreal Engine 4, claimed they would optimize the engine for large maps and multiplayer experiences—specifically for "Jedi Survival"—there hasn’t been much visible improvement yet. If online games force players to use high-end systems instead of improving the game itself, the title might eventually fade into obscurity.

We are excited about the upcoming national service for "Jedi Survival" and hope for better external support and game optimization in the future. It’s expected that Tencent will work to maintain a fair and stable environment for players, ensuring smooth gameplay without unnecessary technical barriers.
