This innovative solution comes in a reel package equipped with a pick-and-place vacuum cap, enabling automated termination processes that improve speed and accuracy during PCB assembly. The SL Series is ideal for low-power and signal line-to-board or wire-to-wire applications across various industries such as consumer electronics, medical devices, automotive systems, and home appliances. The system offers a wide range of design options, including low-profile stackable housings, vertical and right-angle connectors, and multiple wire connection methods such as discrete wire crimps, FFC (flexible flat cable), and IDT terminations. These connectors can be mounted directly onto the board, offering greater flexibility for different application requirements. Additionally, the terminals are designed with dual contacts, providing redundant current paths that ensure long-term electrical performance and reliability. The 2.54mm Pitch of the SL Series is compatible with select C-Grid® and KK® product families, expanding the number of available configurations and making it easier for engineers to integrate these connectors into existing designs.
