When I first joined the power station, I had some basic knowledge about equipment operation and management, but I gained a lot from the guidance of the webmaster and the main value of the team. With full enthusiasm for work, I gradually became more familiar with the equipment operations. Even though I was just starting out, I approached my job with the same passion as other young colleagues. To improve my skills and knowledge in my role as quickly as possible, I not only focused on my core responsibilities at the station but also carefully studied and analyzed equipment defects. I made full use of my initiative by using my spare time to research and learn relevant information.

During the past year, I had the opportunity to interact with many colleagues, and through these interactions, I came to understand what it truly means to be part of a team. Whether in society or within the company, "doing things for people" is a deep and meaningful concept. As a beginner, I can only say: "Be honest, work hard!" Throughout this period, I participated in the overhaul and defect resolution of the 35kV substation. Following the person in charge, I realized how much technical knowledge I still lacked.

I also deeply appreciated the hard work involved in grassroots positions. In order to better adapt to my role, I plan to continue learning and improving myself. With the relaxed and harmonious working environment provided by the company, along with the great opportunities for growth and development, I will strive to strengthen my professional foundation, expand my knowledge base, and do my best to perform my duties more effectively.

In just one short year, combining theory with practice has given me a real understanding of the work, laying a solid foundation for my future career. Although I have achieved certain results with the support and guidance of leaders and experienced colleagues, I am aware that there are still areas where I need improvement. These include:

1. A weak political theory foundation, requiring further integration of theory and practice;
2. While I complete tasks seriously, my level of enthusiasm could be higher;
3. Insufficient communication with leaders and colleagues regarding thoughts and work;
4. Need for further improvement in overall quality and professional learning.

The past year has been a time of continuous learning and personal growth. It has been a year of exploration and gradual development. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the company’s leaders for their care and support, as well as to my colleagues for their guidance and corrections during my work. I also realize that graduation is just the beginning, and society is the true university. In the future, I will try my best to find my place, contribute to the company, create real value, and achieve greater personal growth.
