Operating procedures for the electric blast drying oven are straightforward but must be followed carefully to ensure safe and efficient performance:

1. First, set the desired temperature on the digital display controller. Then turn on the power and activate the heating switch. Adjust the temperature control knob to the "high temperature" position. At this point, the internal temperature will begin to rise, and the green indicator light will illuminate, showing the current temperature on the display.
2. Once the temperature reaches the set value, the red and green lights will alternate, indicating that the temperature is fluctuating around the target. At this stage, you can adjust the temperature control knob to the "low temperature" setting and turn off one group of heaters, leaving only one active to maintain stability and avoid excessive power consumption or sensitivity issues.
3. After reaching the required temperature, the oven can be used for testing or sample drying. During this time, avoid opening the door frequently to prevent temperature fluctuations and ensure consistent results.

Important Notes for Using the Electric Blast Drying Oven:

• The oven should be placed in a dry, stable environment with ambient temperatures not exceeding 40°C and humidity below 85%.
• The interior is coated with high-temperature silver paint to prevent corrosion. Avoid damaging this layer to maintain the oven’s longevity.
• If the oven lacks an over-temperature protection system, a dedicated operator should monitor the temperature during use. If the temperature becomes unstable, immediately check the power supply to prevent accidents.
• The maximum load capacity of each tray is 15 kg. Items should not be too heavy or densely packed. Also, avoid placing samples on the lower shelf, which acts as a heat sink.

Understanding Temperature Overshoot in Electric Blast Drying Ovens:

Temperature overshoot occurs when the oven's internal temperature exceeds the set point by more than 5°C during the initial startup phase before stabilizing. This phenomenon is particularly sensitive in industries like pharmaceuticals, biology, and food processing.

Although there is no official limit for temperature overshoot, modern control systems have improved to keep it within 2–3°C. While complete elimination is impossible, users can minimize its impact using two effective methods:

1. Empty Box Constant Method: First, preheat the oven without any samples until it reaches the desired temperature. Then quickly place the samples inside. Operators must be cautious to avoid burns and consider potential hazards from volatile substances released during the process.
2. Two-Stage Heating Method: Start by setting the temperature slightly lower (by 5–10°C) than the desired level. Once stable, gradually increase it to the final setpoint. This method helps reduce overshoot and ensures a smoother temperature transition.
