Abstract: A package structure of a light-emitting diode with collimation function belongs to the field of packaging in LED lighting applications. It is characterized in that a light-emitting diode chip is packaged by using a collimating lens with rotational symmetry, so that the light-emitting diode is emitted. Light passes through the collimating lens and exits at a small divergence angle to form a directional emitting surface source. The surface light source can be used in flashlights, spotlights, miner's lamps, projectors and the like. By encapsulating the power type LED using a positive N-shaped collimating lens, a positive N-sided LED lighting module can be obtained. Combining a plurality of positive N-shaped LED illumination modules enables a larger area of ​​directional emission of the surface light source. The invention efficiently extracts the light emitted by the LED chip of the point source to form a uniform beam, thereby eliminating the danger that the high brightness of the LED brings to the human eye.
